Here are some Polymer Clay beads I made that have the look of ceramic and lampwork beads. I love earthy colors as you can see. It was fun experimenting with a different style of bead.

Christmas Ornament

Christmas is around the corner!
I made this kaleidoscope cane in Christmas colors without really thinking what to do with it. So this is what I came up with. It is the first Polymer Clay Christmas ornament I ever made. I think it turned out quite nice.

Polymer Clay Covered Crochet Hooks

I covered the handles of these brand new crochet hooks with pieces of my own Polymer Clay canes. It was then sanded and polished to a high sheen. As you can see the more colorful the better :-)
The handle feels nice and smooth and makes it easier to handle. The colors will never wear off.

DIY Earring display!
I had my first show and didn't like the way I displayed my earrings with these flimsy little cards, and the self made rack that kept on falling over.
This is what I came up with and I am very happy with the way it turned out.
For the base I used scrap clay that I always have lying around. I covered it with a nice sheet of clay, went to the nearest Home Depot and got myself some very sturdy wire, still soft enough to bend though. I bend it into shape, and stuck them into the clay, baked it( for the clay to harden) and it was ready to go. It fits 24 pair of earrings and the base is heavy enough so it wont fall over.

Fall is around the corner and with the colder weather, we get the great, warm colors.

Polymer Clay Bug Key Chain!
These colorful cute bugs are something different I have been working on. I added some matching Polymer Clay beads to each key chain.

Colorful Pens!
I made these pens for my next craft fair. The pens are hand sanded and polished to a high sheen.
The ink cartridge is replaceable. I used a BIC round stick pen. Just pull out the black front, and replace it with a new one.

Everything Red!
This weeks color was red. Everything from pens, beads, key chains, crochet hooks and pendants.

The past few days I have been working on a new jewelry collection in teal and copper tones. I am very happy how it turned out and I can't wait to share it. I still have to come up with a name. All of it will soon be available at my etsy store.

Polymer Clay Secret Compartment Key Chain!
I covered this Polymer Clay key chain with canes made by me. After that I sanded and polished it to a high sheen. This key chain has 24 kt gold plated hardware, and a hidden storage compartment! The top can be unscrewed and you can stash an emergency dollar, medication, or anything that you can think of

This is how Sandra used one of the buttons she purchased from my store. I love the combination of the beautiful beaded beads and the button as pendant. The colors work great together. Check out her store onebeadtwobead for more great jewelry and beads.

Polymer Clay Covered Pens
I love making these pens! They are fun and colorful, and would make a perfect gift. The design is applied with the millefiori technique. Thin slices of Polymer clay canes are layered on a polymer clay background. After backing I applied a coat of varnish.

Polymer Clay beads with Mini Marbles!
These beads are some of my favorites. The mini marbles are applied before baking and carefully dipped in varnish to hold them in place. It gives the these beads their beautiful unique look.

PCAGOE June Challenge!
This is my entry to the June Challenge. The theme is "Think outside the box." For this challenge, all the entrants started out with the same sized, rectangular aluminum tin. This challenge is a special one. All the entries will be auctioned off during challenge week to the highest bidder, to raise money for our team charity, "Polymer Clay for a Cause".

Crocheting is fun!

The Polymer Clay beads give these bracelets their unique look. They are easily closed with a toggle clasp and have glass, Swarovski, and Tibetan Silver Spacer beads added. Some of them have charms attached. Colorful and fun!

The New Tins!
These are the newest tins I have been working on. I tried to incorporate my canes and I think it turned out good. These tins are varnished. These could be great as gift box, pill box, keepsake box, or money box.

Polymer Clay Tins
These are my newest items. The tins are covered with my kaleidoscope canes. They are hand sanded and polished to give the them a nice shiny surface.

SPACER BEADS

For making jewelry out of Polymer Clay these spacer beads are a perfect addition to any jewelry piece. Some of the colorful beads or lentil beads would just be too overpowering and sometimes need some uni colored beads. They would also make a nice jewelry piece without the use of other beads.

I love Scrapbooking!!
Just as much fun as scrapbooking itself, is to make the embellishments. Buttons, charms, paper clips, almost anything can be personalized and color matched with Polymer Clay. These are definitely embellishments that can't be found in stores.

I wanted to show of some of my favorite pendants that I made. Combining the wire wrapping with Polymer Clay pendants is a lot of fun, and makes them somewhat unique... different.
